The coffee machine in the lobby is AWESOME! If you love the smell of fresh brewed coffee in the morning just head to the lobby. The place is immaculate, cleanest hotel I have stayed in for years. The beds and pillows are the best, the bed is actually better than my very expensive bed at home! The staff is very friendly and helpful at every turn. Everything about this place is top notch. It makes for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. If you find yourself in Gilroy, this is your huckleberry!

The front young lady named "Dream", was so amazing. You don't find customer service better than this young lady, if I was hiring a person to represent a Company I would choose this young lady. The staff to include the cleaning staff and the kitchen staff all make the place a wonderful place to stay.

After traveling all day, I was welcomed with a smile and complimentary beverages. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. I can't remember the name of the young lady who checked me in 9/18 about 7 pm, but she everything an employee should be!
